HTF Royal Haeger black cat TV lamp (night light). This was the early version that was produced between 1951-1955. It did not come with a fishbowl - that sculpture came later and was not made as a lamp, but instead sold as a novelty planter and there are slight differences in the details, pose of the cat and shape of the base. This kitten lamp is in great condition, with no cracks, chips or crazing. The lamp light works, but the wiring is original to early 1950’s and should be updated to current standards as the wiring has been repaired. Does not ship with lightbulb. Displays beautifully lit or unlit and can be used as a trinket dish. MCM sculptural style in classic high gloss black color.
Measures 9.5” tall, 9.5” across and 5” depth. Weighs 2.5 lbs.
